1. General provisions<\/h2>\n

These general business conditions (hereinafter also referred to as the GTC) regulate the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from the purchase contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller. The subject of the purchase contract is the purchase and sale of products and services in the electronic store on the website onetribe.foundation, or by email (hereinafter also as Services).<\/p>\n

2. Ordering goods and concluding a purchase contract<\/h2>\n

The condition for the validity of the electronic order is the completion of all prescribed data and requirements required when completing the order. The order is a draft purchase agreement.<\/p>\n

No formal confirmation of the order by the Seller is required to conclude the purchase contract, the contract is created by the actual delivery of the online product, goods or service.<\/p>\n

By placing an order, the Buyer accepts the business conditions for the delivery of goods declared by the Seller.\u00a0 The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by these terms and conditions, which are binding on both parties unless otherwise provided in the contract.<\/p>\n

3. Price of products<\/h2>\n

Prices for online products, goods and services listed in the seller’s online store are current and valid at the time of ordering the goods. The buyer will receive the goods at the price valid at the time of ordering. We are not VAT payers.<\/p>\n

The seller reserves the right to make typographical errors. The purchase price will be considered paid only after crediting the entire purchase price for a separate part of the delivery to the current account of the Seller, the account of the payment gateway or the PayPal account.<\/p>\n

The seller reserves the right of ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.\u00a0 The invoice issued on the basis of the purchase contract between the Seller and the Buyer is at the same time a tax document and is sent to the Buyer electronically.<\/p>\n

Acceptance of the goods by the Buyer is possible only after its full payment, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

4. Payment options<\/h2>\n

The Buyer has the option to pay in the Seller’s online store by credit card, credit card or online bank transfer. Direct payment to account and cash on delivery is not possible.<\/p>\n

5. Transport options<\/h2>\n

The buyer has the option to choose the services of Slovensk\u00e1 po\u0161ta or Z\u00e1sielkovne as the method of delivery of physical goods.\u00a0 Upon delivery by the Mail Order, the buyer has the option to choose any dispensing point from the Mail Order menu, which he chooses by entering the name of the selected dispensing point in the order note.<\/p>\n

6. Delivery time and delivery conditions<\/h2>\n

The delivery time for the goods is the same as the delivery times of Slovensk\u00e1 po\u0161ta and Z\u00e1sielkovna, to which one day is added.\u00a0 In case of delayed delivery, we will notify the Buyer in advance.<\/p>\n

7.\u00a0Postage and packing<\/h2>\n

The amount of postage and packing is determined for each order before payment.<\/p>\n

8. Warranty conditions and complaints<\/h2>\n

The statutory warranty period of 24 months applies to goods purchased through the onetribe.foundation online store. The warranty period begins with the conclusion of the consumer contract, ie. the moment when the Buyer pays for the goods and accepts them from the Seller.<\/p>\n

The Buyer confirms his agreement with the warranty conditions by taking over the goods.<\/p>\n

9. Withdrawal from the contract<\/h2>\n

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act in Doorstep Selling and Mail Order (Act No. 108\/2000 Coll.), The Buyer, as a private person, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days of receiving the goods if the goods were ordered by means of communication. remotely (internet, e-mail, telephone, fax). The buyer is obliged to notify the seller of the return of the goods in advance, stating the invoice number on which the goods were purchased. In the case of return of goods delivered by consignment, the corresponding funds are returned exclusively by non-cash transfer to the account within 15 days, unless otherwise agreed. The provisions of the Civil Code, Act no. 250\/2007 Coll. on consumer protection and Act no. 108\/2000 Coll. on consumer protection in doorstep selling and mail order sales.<\/p>\n

10. Security and protection of personal data<\/h2>\n

The Seller declares that all personal data is confidential and will be used exclusively to perform the purchase contract between the Seller and the Buyer and will not be otherwise disclosed and provided to a third party except in situations related to distribution or payment relating to the ordered goods or services.\u00a0 For more information about privacy, see the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

11. Final provisions<\/h2>\n

These terms and conditions are valid as stated on the Seller’s website on the day of sending the electronic order unless there is another written agreement between the participants.<\/p>\n

By sending an electronic order, the buyer unreservedly accepts all provisions of the terms and conditions as valid on the day of sending the order, the valid price of the ordered goods listed in the price list on the website, unless demonstrably agreed otherwise in a particular case.<\/p>\n

The rights of the Buyer in relation to the Seller arising from the Consumer Protection Act no.\u00a0 634\/1992 Coll.\u00a0 as amended, remain unaffected by these conditions.\u00a0 Legal relations and conditions not expressly regulated here, as well as any disputes arising from non-compliance with these conditions, are governed by the relevant provisions of the Commercial and Civil Code.\u00a0 The Seller and the Buyer agree to fully recognize the electronic form of communication, in particular via electronic mail and the Internet, as valid and binding for both parties.<\/p>\n
